For Your Workforce

We offer a variety of tailored solutions to help you get the very best out of your team. Our workshops and coaches address the most common challenges today’s workers face. They provide the skills, tools and solutions to keep your workforce showing up and feeling supported.

More than an EAP

Most large companies offer Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) to help their employees find resources for substance abuse, home-life issues, financial and legal counseling, and more. They have become a standard part of comprehensive benefits packages. Often the programs are run through Human Resources or an external vendor. You might even have one.

Even if you offer an EAP, The Way to Work coaches can supplement or enhance that resource. They are particularly attuned to the issues of lower-wage workers and our surrounding communities. They can also tackle some of the tough questions that HR can’t touch. The coach and client form a personal, one-on-one connection so the employee can reach out anytime to a trusted personal advocate.

The Way to Work professional coaches are trained to ask the right questions to help employees identify the obstacles they are facing, whether those are money concerns, lack of health insurance, unreliable transportation, or even how to keep food on the table. They can coach employees on financial and other surrounding issues, then direct them to resources that promote success. Removing those obstacles is a key factor in enabling your employees to get to work, keep showing up at work, and be productive and engaged while they are there. That empowerment and engagement build loyalty and retention, which not only makes for a better product or service but also lower costs.
